A guided embodiment practice

Get out of your head.
Come home to your body.

Moving Meditation is a guided practice of movement, breath and presence — a way to drop beneath the noise of the mind and meet the self that was always there.

What it is

Not another thing to think about.
Something to move through.

Most of us live one step removed from ourselves — narrating, planning, analysing. Moving Meditation is the opposite of that. It uses the body as the doorway. When you move with intention, the thinking mind quiets, and something deeper gets room to speak.

It draws on dynamic meditation, yoga nidra, tai chi, gentle yoga, mindfulness and dance — woven into one guided journey. No experience needed. Nothing to get right. Only a willingness to feel.

The Joy Practice

More journeys, coming

Soon Release — for stress, tension and the need to let go
Soon Ground — for anxious, scattered days
Soon Restore — near-stillness, deep rest, for when you're depleted
Soon Together — a practice to move, breathe and laugh with others

The invitation

You don't need to become
anyone new. Just come back.

Moving Meditation comes from a place of pure love — a practice to help you feel the joy and aliveness already inside you. It's for people who move, who are mostly well, and who sense there's a next level of joy waiting — not in more striving, but in more presence.
